Senior Services Sales Executive - ServiceNow

Job Title

Description and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) required

8+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, with a focus on Service Now or similar platform-based solutions

Proven track record of closing large, complex, multi-year transformation deals within enterprise IT services or consulting environments

Deep understanding of Service Now platform capabilities, enterprise workflow automation, and digital transformation strategies

Strong experience selling consulting-led and implementation services, including advisory, integration, and managed services

Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders and senior decision-makers in large organizations

Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments, collaborating with sales, delivery, and partner ecosystems

Strong commercial acumen, including pipeline management, deal structuring, and value-based selling

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Willingness and ability to travel as needed (domestically and internationally)
