Business Systems/ Tech Analyst, Data Analyst
Operational Execution Manager
This position supports the North America PC business and is accountable for driving operational execution, business alignment, and in-quarter performance management across the sales organization. The role partners closely with Sales Leadership, Demand Planning, Category and Finance teams to ensure alignment on business priorities, proactive management of risk, and execution against quarterly revenue objectives.
- Partner directly with PC Sales Leadership and Demand Planning teams to drive in-quarter execution against revenue, mix, and inventory objectives
- Present business performance, operational risks, opportunities, and execution status updates to leadership teams on a regular basis
- Translate business trends and operational insights into actionable recommendations to improve execution and accelerate attainment
- Partner with Category, Finance, and Sales teams on strategic initiatives, and growth priorities
- Simplify and improve operational processes to increase visibility, responsiveness, and executional speed across the business
- Develop executive-level presentations and materials to support business reviews and leadership decision-making
Basic Qualifications
- 5–7 years of relevant industry experience (technology, sales, retail, or related fields)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline

- Strong data analytics and problem-solving capabilities
- Executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proven ability to lead and drive results without direct authority
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and partnership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
