Metabolon seeks a motivated Technical Support Specialist for its Morrisville, NC team. You will be the primary contact for Verus LC/MS-based metabolomics kit users, handling kit usage questions, instrument setup, data interpretation, and troubleshooting in the Integrated Bioinformatics Platform (IBP).
You will triage LC-MS, wet-lab, software, and access issues, document cases in Salesforce, and contribute to knowledge base articles to improve the support model as the Verus Kits business grows.
