Job DescriptionThe Senior Implementation Consultant is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new and existing customers for the implementation of multiple Relias products and solutions. The customer base will be mid-market and enterprise healthcare customers with one or more Relias products and solutions. This role will manage customer onboarding from post-sale to launch and which will include the technical set up and configuration of Relias products, and management of the overall project plan.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
:
- Manage the customer implementation of the Relias Platform for multiple solutions
- Command and drive internal resources across Relias, including technical, clinical, change management, and account management teams
- Develop detailed project plans, identifying scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and contingency plans
- Utilize tools and project management practices to ensure on-time delivery and effective communication and collaboration, both internally and externally; identify and manage risks and issues, and work with internal teams for mitigation
- Lead project reviews, provide status reports, and ensure the project remains on schedule, within scope, and within budget
- Develop and foster positive relationships and build rapport with customers
- Utilize current and best-practice implementation documentation and toolkits
- Configure contracted products and solutions to customer specifications
- Provide technical support to customers throughout the duration of the implementation as required
- Conduct platform training sessions in various settings for internal and external customers as required
- Ensure process documentation is developed and maintained
- Ensure department SharePoint site is kept up to date
- Act as liaison to other departments as assigned
- Assist department manager with sales support (e.g., demonstrations of solutions to new and existing customers, customer calls)
- RFP response support
- Other duties as assigned
YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years in project management managing customer-facing projects; 3 years in implementing SaaS-based products and solutions; experience with project management tools, methodologies, and software
- Ability to effectively manage and nurture client relationships to achieve mutual success
- Ability to work effectively and harmoniously with others towards a common goal, fostering an inclusive and productive work environment
- Ability and willingness to take independent action, show proactive behavior, and drive progress without being explicitly instructed or directed
- Ability to implement, integrate, and optimize artificial intelligence technologies within business processes
- Ability to assess information, evaluate options, and make effective, timely decisions through unbiased analysis
IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU:
- 3 years in project management managing customer-facing projects
- 3 years implementing SaaS-based products and solutions
