Description and Requirements Position Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven AI & Scale Cloud Inventory Specialist to join our Global Supply Chain organization. This role will be responsible for leading inventory management activities across the rapidly growing AI & Scale Cloud (AISC) business, a strategic segment within our Cloud Service Provider (CSP) organization.

The AISC business has grown significantly since its creation just over a year ago and now represents a multibillion annual revenue across approximately 50 global customer accounts. This position offers a unique opportunity to help shape inventory governance, reporting, and optimization strategies for one of the company's fastest-growing businesses.

The successful candidate will own global inventory visibility, performance reporting, executive-level communications, KPI management, and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at maximizing inventory efficiency while ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end inventory management for the global AI & Scale Cloud (AISC) business.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory health across multiple geographies, manufacturing locations, and customer segments.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate key inventory performance metrics, including Days of Inventory (DOI), Inventory Turns, Excess & Obsolete (E&O), Inventory Aging, Supply Coverage, Inventory Risk & Opportunity.
  • Lead recurring executive reporting and present inventory performance, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions to senior leadership.
  • Partner closely with Planning, Procurement, Global Supply Management, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to balance inventory investments with customer demand.
  • Identify inventory optimization opportunities and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve inventory efficiency, working capital, and operational execution.
  • Drive inventory governance through standardized reporting, dashboards, KPI tracking, and business reviews.
  • Perform scenario analysis to evaluate inventory risks related to demand fluctuations, supply constraints, product transitions, and strategic investments.
  • Support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Continuously improve reporting automation, analytics, and business processes using modern analytical tools.
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 3-7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Planning, Operations, or Business Analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
