Description and RequirementsAI Activation & Client Adoption Manager is a customer-facing role responsible for supporting sales, leading delivery, and shaping service offerings focused on AI adoption and organizational change management.
This role operates across presales, delivery, and offering development
, with a strong focus on driving services revenue, ensuring high-quality delivery, and building scalable, repeatable solutions.
- Partner with Sales and Presales teams to support AI opportunities and drive services attach
- Act as a subject matter expert in customer discussions, workshops, and executive presentations
- Contribute to proposal development, including scoping, value articulation, and solution design
- Position AI Adoption & Change Services as a critical element of AI success
- Lead delivery of:
- AI Adoption and Change services
- AI enablement sessions (e.g., Copilot Promptathons)
- Envisioning and Design Thinking engagements
- Manage end-to-end AI adoption programs, including:
- readiness assessment
- adoption strategy design
- training and enablement
- adoption tracking and optimization
- Ensure programs deliver measurable business outcomes aligned to customer goals
- Manage delivery through a mix of Lenovo teams and external partners
- Ensure high standards of delivery quality, consistency, and customer experience
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with delivery partners
- Support scaling of services delivery capacity through partner ecosystem
- Contribute to the evolution of Lenovo’s AI Adoption & Change Services portfolio
- Develop and refine:
- standardized service packages
- reusable delivery frameworks and assets
- scalable service models
- Support transition from bespoke engagements to repeatable, productized services
- Support internal AI adoption initiatives across Lenovo teams
- Contribute to activation of programs such as AI Library and AI Ambassador initiatives
- Activate Presales teams with tools, messaging, and assets to position AI services
- Track and report on key adoption and delivery metrics
- Capture customer feedback and incorporate into service improvements
- Ensure alignment between delivery execution and expected business outcomes
- 8–12+ years of relevant experience in:
- consulting, change management, or digital transformation
- AI adoption, SaaS enablement, or enterprise transformation programs
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, including:
- presales support
- workshop facilitation
- delivery of transformation or adoption programs
- Experience working with AI technologies (e.g., M365 Copilot, GenAI solutions)
- Experience working in global or matrix organizations
- Experience managing external partners or delivery vendors
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Ability to operate across multiple domains: sales, delivery, and service development
- Experience with organizational change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI/ADKAR)
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills in complex environments
- Structured, outcome-driven mindset with focus on measurable impact
