Syntax is hiring an On-Site Support Technician in Morrisville, NC. You will provide initial technical support at the Service Desk via phone or email, log incidents in Service Now, and monitor ticket status to meet service levels.
You will resolve first-line issues, escalate complex problems, and document resolutions and IT processes in our ITSM tool. Great communication and teamwork are essential as you assist end-users and the IT Delivery team.
