Description and RequirementsResponsibilities:
- Coordinate outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Schedule and track domestic shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers
- Monitor shipment status, resolve delivery issues, and communicate updates to internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, company policies, and customer requirements
- Maintain accurate shipment data within ERP systems
- Monitor logistics performance metrics and prepare routine operational reports
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve transportation processes, reduce freight costs, and enhance service levels
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, customers, and internal departments to resolve transportation-related issues
- Support order fulfillment by ensuring shipping schedules and transportation requirements are met
- Assist with carrier performance monitoring, vendor relationship management, and service evaluations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline transportation and logistics operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, freight coordination, or supply chain operations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Net Suite, or similar platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs)
- Knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations
- Experience with freight auditing and carrier management
- Experience using Power BI, or other reporting tools a plus

Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, freight coordination, or supply chain operations
