Join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. You will work with an experienced maintenance technician under guidance from the facilities manager to maintain the functionality and safety of our facilities.

• Oversee and perform routine maintenance tasks such as event setup and takedown, preventive maintenance inspections, grounds maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Conduct inspections and basic maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, painting, and electrical systems.
• Respond to and troubleshoot maintenance service requests promptly.
• Assist with employee workstation moves and support large events, inclement weather, emergency situations, or equipment failures.
• Record and maintain maintenance work order activities and report any issues to the Senior Facilities Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Support the facilities team with projects and initiatives.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills related to facilities maintenance.

• High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of related facilities maintenance experience.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Basic hand‑tool proficiency.
• Physical ability to lift and move objects up to 75 lb (e.g., tables, chairs).

$45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year. (Actual placement depends on experience and overall compensation package).
