Job Description:

Job Overview The GMP Lead will be responsible for overseeing activities within the assigned areas in the GMP program. This includes the company employees and other temporary employees engaged in the program. Adhere to, implement, and demonstrate safe work practices and procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.

Perform of employees within the program assigned

Assist with training employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures

Coordinate and monitor work activities

Provide reports, such as pass down,Perform service, and safety inspections

Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair

Track and maintain supplies inventory

Issue equipment and supplies

Monitor of personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipment

Report to supervisor immediately

Report accidents and to the supervisor immediately

Provide recommendations action on areas that improvement

Maintain records, training, inspections, data collection

Logbook compliance-accurate completion

The ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.

Education and/ or Experience High school diploma /GEDTwo years high tech experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsA valid driver's license may be required for this position based on business needs. Employees required to drive as part of their job duties must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and meet company driving eligibility requirements.

May be required to be Forklift Certified Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documentsBi
-Lingual in Spanish is a plus Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Shifts and Compensation Monday-Firday: 3:00pm-11:30pm $20.50-$21.50 per hour Additional Requirements Must be able to lead a team of 15+. 2 sites. Good computer skills.
