Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Community Manager role located in Morrisville, NC. The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of a residential property, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction among residents. Responsibilities include managing leasing activities, overseeing maintenance operations, organizing community events, ensuring compliance with company policies, and creating a welcoming and safe living environment. Additional tasks will include financial management, maintaining budgets, and fostering effective communication with residents and staff to continuously enhance the property’s performance.

Qualifications
  • Experience in property management, budgeting, and financial oversight
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Organizational skills for scheduling, coordinating, and managing daily operations
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulations related to residential property management
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in relevant property management software is a plus
  • Prior experience in leasing or residential community management is advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in property management or a related field is preferred but not required
