Partners Personnel - - Responsibilities:
Load film rolls and adjust film tension settings to maintain smooth operation and proper sealing alignment;
Operate and adjust over wrapping machinery or slitting machinery;
Troubleshoot mechanical and material issues, such as jams, misfeeds, or inconsistent wrapping, to reduce downtime;
Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning sensors, lubricating moving parts, and checking heat-sealing elements;
Set machine parameters (temperature, speed, form size) based on product and overwrap material specifications
