Join Millennium Print Group as a Quality Supervisor!
We're looking for a Quality Supervisor to join our team in Morrisville, NC. If you're passionate about quality assurance, operational excellence, and developing high-performing teams, this is your opportunity to help ensure the products we deliver meet the highest standards in the industry.

Schedule:
Full-Time, Onsite 8:00pm - 5:00pm Monday
- Friday Pay & Benefits:

- Lead and supervise daily fulfillment quality operations to ensure products and materials meet company and customer quality standards.
- Train, coach, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Conduct quality inspections and audits of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Investigate quality issues, shortages, damages, and shipping discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Partner with operations teams to maintain quality, productivity, and on-time delivery performance.
- Monitor department metrics and support initiatives that improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage employee performance, scheduling, attendance, and development activities.
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and retention efforts within the department.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, QMS procedures, and ISO requirements.
- Collaborate with Quality, Security, and Operations teams to support a safe and efficient work environment.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts that enhance quality, reduce waste, and improve overall performance.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in fulfillment quality, warehouse operations, supply chain, distribution, or related environments.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and operational best practices.
- Experience with ISO, OSHA, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
