Join Lenovo's Quality Engineering team and play a key role in ensuring the quality and compliance of Lenovo Certified Refurbished (LCR) products. This position combines hands-on product evaluation, quality auditing, lab operations, and partner collaboration to help deliver high-quality refurbished devices while supporting Lenovo's growing Circular Economy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Quality Reviews for Lenovo Certified Refurbished (LCR) PC’s and devices

Report generation for LCR partners that communicate Lenovo review findings

Performance testing – (laptops/desktops/AIO/visuals/Motorola)

Manage international shipment of materials to LCR partners

Inspection of samples for cosmetic defects

Perform quality audits of existing and potential partners

Shipping/receiving coordinator for all imports/exports, both domestic and international

Asset management including e-waste coordination for aged equipment and PCs

Lab/facilities management

Lab safety and environmental policy adherence

Ordering of lab supplies and equipment

ESD compliance management (including ESD testing of lab benches / equipment)

Qualifications:

Familiarity with PC hardware and Windows OS

Strong analytical, problem solving and strategic abilities

Strong organizational skills

Flexibility to work some evening hours

Team player attitude with the ability to work proactively & autonomously

Basic Requirements:

• 2+ years of lab, technical/IT, quality assurance/inspection, and/or administrative/organizational experience
