The Quality team is responsible for a wide range of activities that are crucial to the manufacturing process including operating equipment, assembling products, performing quality control checks, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

We are looking for a Quality Inspector to join our rapidly growing team in Morrisville, North Carolina.

• Inspecting:
  Visually, manually, and digitally examining products and raw materials to ensure they meet Anduril standards as described by engineering, both internal and external, as well as quality management system (QMS) requirements.
• Measuring:
  Using calipers, gauges, micrometers, and/or metrology to measure product dimensions to verify they match the design.
• Testing:
  Running tests to identify defects and using machines to test products via Tap testing, manual testing, and NDT/NDI methods.
• Comparing:
  Comparing products to a model to ensure they meet high standards
• Recording:
  Reporting inspection and test data, such as weights, temperatures, and quantities inspected
• Adjusting:
  Recommending adjustments to the assembly or production process
• Rejecting:
  Removing/Red tagging products and materials that don't meet specifications until the issue is resolved.
• Communicating:
  Communicating product quality standards to Technicians, leads, and managers.

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance
• High School graduate or equivalent

• 1-3 years of Composite Fabrication or aerospace equivalent experience
• Experience collaborating cross functionally
• Polished communication and presentation skills
• A bias towards action, Quality, and Detail.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Self-autonomy and strong work ethic

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
