Our upscale airport restaurant, Adios, is seeking a skilled and experienced prep cook to join our team!!

The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking, be detail‑oriented, and possess excellent knife skills. As a prep cook, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, such as vegetables and meats, as well as assembling dishes according to our restaurant's recipes and specifications.

• Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and specifications
• Use knives, kitchen equipment, and tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including food storage areas, equipment, and utensils
• Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of ingredients and supplies
• Communicate with the kitchen and front‑of‑house staff to ensure smooth service
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management

• Previous experience working as a prep cook in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, methods, and equipment
• Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation techniques
• Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
