This event management specialist will work within our inclusive, dynamic Learning & Development team, managing training-related event experiences and logistics for the Sales Associate Program.
Responsibilities- Manage the on-site training customer experience, including communication, travel logistics, room set up (A/V, snacks, welcome gifts, etc.), catered meals, and team building/social events.
- Handle on-site training logistics such as facilitator, guest speaker, and field sales trainer assignments, training material preparation, printing, shipping, and training/breakout room booking.
- Track and manage training program budget and expenses: obtain contract approvals, create PO requests, process and track invoice payments, record ad‑hoc expenses, and provide monthly updates on department expenditures.
- Execute processes associated with the delivery of sales training course offerings, assisting Sales Training Managers with training initiatives and the Sales Associate Program.
- Maintain sales training inventory including course materials, demo product stock, brochures, literature stock, new hire gifts, and training supplies (e.g., flip charts, markers, tent cards).
- Manage the Sales Training intranet, SharePoint site, and related projects as needed.
- Provide ad‑hoc administrative support to NA Learning & Development leadership as required, such as process improvement efforts, PowerPoint presentation development, travel bookings, and expense reporting.

- Computer savvy and able to learn various applications supporting the training function.
- Physically able to lift and move boxes, flip‑chart easels, and training materials.
