HVAC Service & Installation Technician – Residential
If you’re an experienced HVAC technician who enjoys delivering a great customer experience, we have an immediate opening for an HVAC Service & Installation Technician.
This is a customer‑facing, residential role where you’ll diagnose, repair, maintain, and install HVAC systems while helping homeowners understand their options and feel confident in their decisions.

What You’ll Do- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance and tune‑ups
- Install HVAC systems and components as needed
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and recommendations
- Recommend system upgrades, improvements, and service plans when appropriate
- Deliver a world‑class customer experience on every call
- Experience in residential HVAC service and installation
- EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and lift up to 60 lbs
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience ($18–$28/hr)
