• Serve as a senior leader within a broader engineering leadership team
• Help shape the future of software development, including AI-enabled practices
• Influence both technical direction and business outcomes in a meaningful way
• Build and develop strong, high-performing teams in a collaborative environment
• Contribute to a culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement

• Lead delivery across multiple engineering teams, ensuring consistent execution and high-quality outcomes
• Partner closely with other engineering leaders to align priorities and drive shared goals
• Mentor and develop engineering managers and team members, strengthening overall team capability
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with organizational needs
• Advance modern development practices, including CI/CD, testing, and observability
• Support and guide the responsible use of AI tools across the software development lifecycle
• Contribute to planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement efforts across teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 12+ years of progressive experience in software development and engineering leadership
• Proven success leading multiple teams and delivering complex, enterprise-level software solutions
• Strong understanding of modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, security, and code quality
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and a clear perspective on their effective use
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
• Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and business impact
