Role:

Principal Software Development Engineer leading full-stack engineering efforts at Metabolon, focusing on designing scalable, resilient enterprise systems.

Responsibilities:

oversee architecture, implementation, and evolution of critical software solutions;
ensure high code quality;

provide technical leadership across teams, including design reviews and strategic planning;

Requirements:

BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM;

experience integrating modern AI tools to enhance workflows and product features;
strong leadership and mentorship abilities;
excellent communication skills;
problem-solving with a focus on scalability and performance;
ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to evolving tech landscapes.
