Required Skills:
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to reconcile discrepancies and troubleshoot inventory issues
Nice to Have
Skills:
* Experience with loss prevention programs
* Familiarity with barcoding and scanning technology
* Knowledge of supply chain operations
* Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
Preferred
Education and Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a related field is a plus
* 2+ years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a similar role
Other Requirements:
* Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks
* Comfortable with flexible schedules, including weekends if needed
* Valid driver's license may be required for product orders
