* PO validation (making sure all info is correct on the PO received for order entry)
* Sales Order creation (entering the order into Oracle)
* Run MTO (Made to Order) Requirements:
* 2+ years of Customer Service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
* Experience with ERP systems (preferably IFS) and CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce).
* Experience in manufacturing or B2B order processing environment is a plus.
