Analyst II

* Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide business insights.

* Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and business impacts.

* Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver data-driven solutions.

* Present findings and recommendations to key business leaders, translating complex data into clear insights.

* Manage stakeholder expectations by setting realistic timelines and proactively communicating updates.

* Ensure data accuracy and reliability by working with various data sources and validating reports

* Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement additional data needs based on business requirements and feedback, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholder

* Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in reporting and analysis.

* Stay updated with Power BI and data analytics best practices to enhance reporting capabilities.
