Reliance Inc - - Responsibilities:
Operate commercial vehicles with a gross vehicle weight rating over 26,001 lbs to deliver or pick up merchandise, materials, and equipment to regional/local destinations and customers in a timely fashion.;
Safely maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions and load/unload vehicles as required.;
Perform daily vehicle inspections (FMCSA) and complete DVIR; use an electronic logging device (ELD) as required by FMCSA.;
Read bills of lading and manifests to determine assignment details; verify load-related documentation for accuracy; obtain receipts or signatures for deliveries as required.;
Adhere to safety procedures and cargo securement requirements; maintain good working relationships with supervisors, co-workers, and customers/vendors.
