We are seeking an experienced NICU RN to care for premature and critically ill neonates in a specialized neonatal intensive care unit.
Position OverviewThe NICU RN provides highly specialized care to neonates requiring respiratory support, nutritional management, and close monitoring.
Key Responsibilities- Manage ventilators, CPAP, and oxygen therapy
- Administer neonatal medications and IV therapy
- Monitor growth and developmental milestones
- Support and educate families
- Collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric teams
- Active CA RN license
- NRP required
- 2+ years NICU experience required
- Experience with high-acuity neonates preferred
