Pay: $1,987 – $2,230/week
Night shift (12-hour equivalent where applicable)
Position Summary & Responsibilities:Provide unit-based leadership in collaboration with Nurse Manager, Director, and providers
Supervise nursing and ancillary staff and coordinate daily patient care delivery
Ensure safe, high-quality, cost-effective patient outcomes and satisfaction
Manage staffing assignments, workflow, and unit operations
Address patient care issues, quality improvement, and compliance initiatives
Participate in performance improvement, staff development, and policy adherence
Requirements:Active RN license in California required
BSN required or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years nursing experience preferred
Supervisory/leadership experience required
BLS required
ACLS required
TNCC required
Ensures compliance with Joint Commission standards and safety initiatives
Responsible for staffing decisions, scheduling, coaching, and discipline
Supports unit equipment readiness, safety, and operational efficiency
Vaccination compliance required per organizational policy (medical/religious exemptions may apply)
