Lead with purpose in a coastal community known for exceptional care and quality of life. We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Manager to oversee clinical operations and support a high-performing healthcare team in San Luis Obispo, CA.
What You’ll Do- Lead and support nursing staff to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
- Coordinate daily unit operations, staffing, and patient flow
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
- Drive quality improvement, patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Mentor staff, support professional development, and foster a positive team culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required;
Master’s preferred - Acute care nursing and leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and team leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
