Schedule
Night shift (12-hour shifts)
7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Voluntary call
Position Summary & ResponsibilitiesProvide Level III NICU care for stable and critically ill neonates
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate neonatal care
Manage ventilators, CPAP, and respiratory support
Administer medications, IV therapy, and monitor hemodynamics
Assist with neonatal resuscitation and attend deliveries as needed
Educate and support families; coordinate multidisciplinary care
Float to Pediatrics as needed
RequirementsMinimum 2 years NICU experience (Level III required)
Experience with neonatal critical care and ventilation
Associate Degree required; BSN preferred
