What You’ll Learn and DoOur internship programis designed to give accounting students real-world experience in either tax oraudit, depending on your interests and our team needs. Interns work closely with experienced staff and receive personalized feedback and mentorship throughout the semester.
You’ll contribute toactual client projects, learn how professionals approach tax prep or audit procedures, and see how the knowledge you’ve built in the classroom applies inthe field. We’re a great fit for students who are curious, motivated, and lookingto explore a career in public accounting within a supportive, hands-onenvironment.

Internship OverviewAs an intern, you’llsupport either our tax or audit team and contribute to real work from day one.
You’ll assist in preparing tax returns or supporting audit procedures under the guidance of your mentor and team leads.
Success in this rolelooks like:

- Meeting deadlines and staying organized
- Demonstrating curiosity, initiative, and attention to detail
- Contribute to tax preparation or audit engagements under the guidance of senior staff
- Assist in gathering, organizing, and reviewing financial documents
- Participate in fieldwork, training sessions, and on-the-job learning
- Communicate professionally with team members and clients as needed
- Progress toward a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting (junior year or higher)
- GPA of 3.0 or above preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a professional setting
- Ability to work full-time (at least 40 hours/week) during the semester
