Role OverviewAs an Audit Staff Accountant, you'll work alongside managers and partners on a variety of audit engagements, gaining hands‑on experience throughout the audit process while building a strong foundation in public accounting.
In this role, you will:
- Assist with financial audits for clients across multiple industries
- Perform audit fieldwork and review financial records and documentation
- Communicate with clients and collaborate with team members
- Participate in training, CPE, and ongoing professional development
This role is ideal for recent or upcoming accounting graduates looking to launch their careers with a firm that values mentorship, professional development, and long-term growth.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or nearing completion)
- CPA candidate or intent to pursue licensure
- Public accounting internship experience (Preferred)
- Willingness to travel and work additional hours during busy seasons
- Hybrid schedule available after initial onboarding period
- Flexible work hours and three weeks of PTO
