• Serve as the primary point of contact between guests and the Service Department
• Greet customers professionally and build lasting relationships
• Write accurate repair orders and clearly explain recommended services
• Communicate vehicle concerns, repair timelines, and costs with confidence
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process
• Work closely with technicians and management to ensure an efficient workflow
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience that reflects the Cadillac brand

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience required
• Dealership experience strongly preferred
• GM/Cadillac experience is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, polished presence
• Confident in recommending maintenance and repairs
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• A team player who takes pride in delivering an outstanding guest experience
