The RoleWe’re looking for an Account Executive to own and build the Atlanta market. You’ll be on the ground developing new business, managing relationships with facilities and property management customers, and working alongside our operations team to deliver results. This is a hunting role — you’ll be building your book from the ground up with the full support of Katsam leadership behind you.
CRM discipline and pipeline accountability are central to how we operate. Direct Hub Spot experience is a strong plus.
What You’ll Do- Prospect, qualify, and develop accounts across the Atlanta facilities and property management market
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline with full accountability in Hub Spot CRM
- Conduct discovery meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions with facilities managers, property managers, and ownership groups
- Partner with the Katsam operations team to ensure strong handoffs and customer satisfaction
- Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the commercial real estate ecosystem
- Stay current on market trends, competitive activity, and new business opportunities in the Atlanta area
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or customer relationship management
- Background in or strong familiarity with facilities management, property management, janitorial services, or commercial real estate preferred
- Consultative approach with strong discovery and relationship-building skills Compensation
$60,000
$30,000 (50% of base, tied to production metrics)
On-Target Earnings$90,000
