Cox Automotive is seeking a Product Operations Senior Lead Product Manager to drive operational excellence across our telecommunications and media-focused product portfolio. In this role, you will optimize product workflows, define metrics, and streamline release processes to improve quality and speed to market. You'll partner with product, engineering, data, and go-to-market teams to translate strategy into scalable execution, aligning roadmaps, tooling, and governance.
You'll champion continuous improvement, leverage data-driven insights, and support an inclusive, people-first culture while shaping innovative solutions used by dealers and consumers worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Lead product operations for key telecommunications and media-focused product lines within Cox Automotive
- Design and refine product workflows, release processes, and governance frameworks to improve efficiency and quality
- Define, track, and analyze product KPIs and operational metrics to inform decisions and continuous improvement
- Partner with product, engineering, data, and go-to-market teams to translate strategy into scalable execution
- Align product roadmaps, tooling, and documentation standards across cross-functional teams
- Support planning, prioritization, and release readiness to ensure on-time, high-quality launches
- Drive process optimization, change management, and adoption of best practices in product operations
- Advocate for customer-centric decisions using data, feedback, and customer journey insights
- Mentor stakeholders on product operations practices and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability
- Contribute to Cox Automotive's inclusive, innovative culture through knowledge sharing and partnership
