Position: (USA) Personal Shopper - Sam's

Delivers customer service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting the Company's products and services;
Fulfills Member orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until Members arrive;
Maintains safety of Facility by following safety standards and guidelines including safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, hazardous materials handling, and reporting unsafe conditions;
Carries out tasks and priorities by using policies and resources, collaborating with managers and coworkers, communicating progress, and adapting to change;
Promotes Membership by providing information on benefits and services, processing Memberships upgrades and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events.
