Are you a skilled food services professional looking for an exciting new challenge? Our long-term care facility is seeking a Certified Food Services Manager to lead the Dietary Department with precision and expertise. In this position, you'll be responsible for maintaining the Dietary Department in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner and providing nutritionally adequate meals in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

• Designing and organizing weekly menus for our community
• Ensuring strict compliance with federal, state, and local sanitation regulations
• Conducting meticulous safety inspections of various areas and promptly addressing any concerns
• Overseeing food quality, presentation, and environmental standards
• Managing food and supply expenses within budgetary guidelines
• Coordinating food and supply orders with authorized vendors
• Providing insightful reports and recommendations to the General Manager
• Ensuring the kitchen maintains superior cleanliness and safety standards
• Supporting community sales efforts by providing catering services for various events

• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential
• Strong working knowledge of food safety regulations
• Previous experience in a long-term care facility
