Role OverviewAs an Audit Manager, you’ll work directly with clients, staff, and partners on a variety of client engagements across industries such as construction, retail, non-profits, and local governments.
In this role, you will:
- Manage audit engagements, including planning, scheduling, and setting engagement details
- Hold engagement teams to high accounting and auditing quality standards
- Review staff work papers and audit documentation to maintain accuracy and quality
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and staff development opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and support
- Collaborate with partners and team members to ensure successful engagement completion

Qualifications- Active CPA License required
- Public accounting audit experience with increasing responsibility
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel to client sites within approximately two hours of the office
- Availability to work extended hours during busy seasons
- Full-time, salaried position with bonuses
- Hybrid schedule available, typically within the first 6 – 12 months
- Flexible Monday–Friday work hours and three weeks of PTO
