Job Summary
The Team Lead is responsible for support in the Management Team by demonstrating strong leadership, floor leadership promotion, and positive work environment.
Essential FunctionsAs a staff manager / assistant manager with daily operations, activities of employees and other tasks as needed.
Support business operations, policy and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in involving customer relations.
Oversee and monitor methods of loss prevention in the company assets.
Assist in training and development of new sales associates.
Other duties as assigned.
RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must have a high level of integrity.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Environment/Physical DemandsAbility to consistently lift 10 – 35 lb; occasionally lift up to 55 lb with the ability to push or pull more than 55 lbs.
