Lids - 1000 Southlake Circle - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present;
Manage store associates through LIDS Training Programs and regular follow up when Store Manager is not present;
Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on proper store operations and procedures;
Resolve customer feedback and escalations and address issues in the moment;
Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Company Dress Code Policy
