Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift (Manufacturing)
Location:
- Morrow, GA 30260 (Onsite)
- $28-$30+ per hour during training
- Additional $2/hour shift differential after transition to 3rd shift
- Hands-on maintenance role supporting high-volume manufacturing operations
- Focused on keeping production equipment running safely, reliably, and efficiently
- Direct-hire opportunity with long-term stability and growth
- Direct Hire
- First 90 days: 1st shift for training and onboarding
- After 90 days: 3rd shift (overnight)
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and PLC-controlled equipment
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production systems
- Diagnose issues, replace components, and calibrate equipment as needed
- Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Document maintenance activity and support safety initiatives
