Job
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Provide support to Process Improvement (PI) projects and participate on safety teams.
* Coordinate all maintenance activities.
* Maintain Preventive Maintenance program.
* Properly communicate with Production and Maintenance Departments.
* Keep good records of KPI and Goals.
* Keep track of Work Orders and re-route them properly.
* Work closely with Inventory stock operation.
* Maintain Data for equipment.
* Lead Improvement projects.
* Manage PM cycle and update if necessary.
* Plan and coordinate parts availability for planned WO's with Inventory stock room.
* Monitor the entire maintenance process and improve as needed.
* Assist other sides and share best practices.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
* Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
Required Qualifications /
Skills:
* Good electrical and mechanical skills.
* Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance program.
* Required computer skills: MP2, D7i, Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Good leadership skills.
* Familiarity with Inventory stock room operation.
Other Desired Qualifications/
Skills:
* Related bachelor's degree or Maintenance Skills associate degree.
* Ability to use multi-meter and other measurement instruments.
* Ability to troubleshoot PLC controls, such as Allen-Bradley and GE Fanuc.
* Ability to demonstrate proficient fabrication and welding skills.
* Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic system.
* Bilingual skills (English/Spanish and/or English/Polish).
