Lake City Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nursing leader who is ready to grow, develop, and take the next step in their leadership career.

If you have 3+ years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting—whether as a Unit Manager, Nursing Supervisor, or ADON—we would be happy to speak with you.

Responsibilities- Coordinating comprehensive nursing care
- Implementing specialized clinical procedures and programs
- Collaborating with the Director of Nursing and Nurse Managers on departmental goals
- Ensuring compliance with operational policies and state and federal regulations
- Deliver safe, efficient, and compliant resident care
- Participate in the nursing home survey process
- Oversee infection control and quality assurance initiatives
- Supervise, mentor, and train nursing staff
- Organize and support in‑service education and training programs
- Active RN license
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting
- Strong team orientation and communication skills
- Infection prevention experience preferred
- Experience training and educating staff
- Monday–Friday
- Alternating weekend on‑call rotation
