Lake City Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking an experienced and motivated LPN or RN Unit Manager to join our leadership team. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday role offering strong support, competitive compensation, and an excellent work-life balance.

Position SummaryThe LPN or RN Unit Manager plays a key leadership role within the nursing department. This position is responsible for overseeing clinical operations on the unit, supporting nursing staff, and ensuring exceptional care and outcomes for residents.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and assess resident care needs to ensure high-quality nursing services
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to nursing staff on the unit
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Observe and document resident conditions and communicate changes promptly
- Ensure accurate clinical documentation and compliance with facility policies
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
Monday through Friday
Day shift
- $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates
