• Lead engaging new employee orientations and ensure staff competency.
• Provide ongoing professional development and training.
• Deliver annual and continuous education in line with regulations and company standards.
• Teach in-house programs like CNA training and special care unit instruction.
• Oversee employee health initiatives including immunizations and physicals.
• Manage infection control protocols and compliance.
• Ensure staff licensure and certifications are up to date.

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
