Fresh Express Salads is seeking a Quality Assurance Tech to support the Production Team in a fast-paced environment. The role involves routine sampling and testing of products and materials at various production stages, along with documenting and communicating all quality and food safety checks.
The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma and, preferably, two years of experience in quality and food safety systems. Other duties as assigned may include GMP compliance tasks.
