Hourly Pay

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location).

Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances such as schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. During major holidays, seasonal associates must be prepared. The role requires product knowledge, problem solving, and merchandise skills.

• Move seasonal merchandise throughout the store.
• Assist with holiday season operations.
• Apply product knowledge to support customers.
• Problem‑solve to maintain merchandise displays.
