As a member of the freezer, cooler, and deli team, you will assist in maintaining the cleanliness, temperature control, and product quality of our freezers and coolers while providing friendly and efficient customer service at the deli station.

Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards and procedures, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, hazardous material handling, and reporting unsafe situations.

Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezers, coolers, and deli area in accordance with company policies, handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, completing required audits, logs, and documentation, and securing fragile and high‑shrink merchandise.

Provide member service by acknowledging members, assisting with locating merchandise, providing deli products, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.

Follow company policies and procedures related to the freezer/cooler area by complying with food‑handling policies, operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment, following cold‑chain procedures when stocking merchandise, cleaning the area, monitoring equipment, and reporting issues.
