Tailored Brands - 1294 Mount Zion Road - Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting each customer, answering questions and assisting in merchandise selections.;
Assist in merchandising and stocking in the assigned area, ensuring guidelines are followed.;
Handle standard operating procedures for customer purchases, exchanges, store credits and returns as directed by management.;
Engage with customers to incorporate suggestive selling techniques and make product recommendations.;
Maintain the fitting room area and return merchandise to the sales floor as needed.
