Operate the store to maximize sales and profit while adhering to company policies and procedures;
Hire and train an Assistant Manager and store personnel with District Manager approval;
Control inventory shrinkage within 2.5% of annual sales and maintain Shrink Check Test score of 80 or above;
Maintain payroll budget and prepare weekly/monthly schedules for district oversight;
Enforce safety policies and maintain relationships with local law enforcement for security
