Provide best-in-class guest service: greet and assist guests; respond to questions and concerns promptly and courteously.;
Process guest purchases and returns using the Point-of-Sale system; ensure accurate transactions and receipts.;
Promote store benefits and loyalty programs to guests; support sales initiatives.;
Assist Store Manager with onboarding and training of store associates; monitor performance and provide feedback.;
Schedule store associates and manage staffing levels to ensure optimum guest service.
