Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes and organization? Our Bakery/Packager associates prepare fresh baked items daily for our members through recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home. The role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a focus on member satisfaction.

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team; communicate with team members and be flexible to business needs.
• Be an Expert: Prepare bakery merchandise based on daily production; operate baking equipment; follow recipes; wrap, label, and store merchandise; maintain food safety; manage inventory; sanitize equipment.
• Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools for sales, customer experience, and associate engagement; use handheld technology to make immediate operational decisions.
• Be an Owner: Maintain operational excellence; uphold quality and date control standards; secure fragile merchandise; eliminate waste; assist members with purchasing decisions.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department, model high quality service, exhibit energy and passion for the work.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standard of ethics and integrity.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; communicate progress; recommend improvement opportunities; adapt to change.

Must be 18 years of age or older. Successful completion of all required trainings and assessments is required.
